Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of LeagueSeer (the "Service"), available at leagueseer.com. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. What LeagueSeer is

LeagueSeer is a fantasy football analysis tool. It imports league data you connect (Sleeper, ESPN, Yahoo), analyzes draft and season history, and produces scouting reports, draft predictions, mock drafts, and season tools. Everything the Service produces is entertainment and informational content, predictions are probabilistic, frequently wrong, and not a promise of outcomes.

2. Not gambling advice

LeagueSeer is not a gambling product and provides no betting, wagering, or daily-fantasy advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make in leagues that involve money.

3. Your account

You need an account for most features. Keep your login secure; you're responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

4. Connected platforms

When you connect a league, you confirm you're entitled to access that league's data (you're a member of it, or it's public). ESPN cookies and Yahoo tokens you provide are used only to read your league data on your behalf. LeagueSeer is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sleeper, ESPN, Yahoo, or the NFL. Those platforms can change or cut off data access at any time, which may break features, we'll do our best, but we can't guarantee third-party availability.

5. Payments

Paid plans are one-time season passes, not recurring subscriptions, processed by Stripe. Prices and what each pass includes are shown on the pricing page at purchase time. Passes are valid through the season printed on them. All sales are final, season passes are non-refundable. If something you paid for is genuinely broken, contact us and we'll make it right by fixing it or restoring access. Gift codes are single-use and can't be resold.

6. Fair use

Don't abuse the Service: no scraping at scale, reselling data or AI output as your own product, probing for vulnerabilities, circumventing plan limits, or using it to harass league members. AI features have usage budgets; we may throttle accounts that hammer them.

7. Your content

Support messages and anything you submit stay yours; you give us permission to store and use them to operate the Service (e.g., answer your ticket, fix a bug you reported).

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $20 if you paid nothing). We're not liable for indirect damages, including lost fantasy championships.

9. Termination

You can delete your account anytime by contacting support. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms; season passes remain non-refundable.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as the Service evolves; material changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
